These Terms govern your use of MCQGrid, operated by Adhyaapak Education Private Limited. By accessing the website, creating an account, signing in with Google, or using the practice features, you agree to these Terms.
Educational Service
MCQGrid provides MCQ practice, previous-year-question references, notes, saved questions, progress tracking, session history, reminders, analytics, and related exam-preparation tools.
The service is for self-study and practice. It is not a government service, coaching admission service, official answer-key publisher, or guarantee of exam performance.
No Government Affiliation
MCQGrid and Adhyaapak Education Private Limited are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with UPSC, SSC, State PSCs, or any other government body. Exam names are used only for identification and educational reference.
Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- Do not share, sell, transfer, or misuse accounts.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, data extraction, reverse engineering, spam, automated abuse, or interference with the service.
- Use the service lawfully and only for personal exam preparation unless we provide written permission.
Content and PYQ Use
- Question content may include original practice questions, adapted educational material, and previous-year-question references.
- Where PYQs are used, exam name, year, and paper should be shown wherever reasonably possible.
- Explanations, notes, analysis, classification, interface design, and learning features are owned by us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
- You must not copy, redistribute, sell, bulk-download, scrape, or republish platform content without written permission.
No Guaranteed Results
We do not promise selection, rank, marks, interview calls, percentile improvement, or success in any exam. Any progress, streak, accuracy, or leaderboard feature is a study aid, not an outcome guarantee.
Payments and Refunds
The website offers annual paid digital access at ₹600/year per exam group. Includes everything for that group: PYQs, model questions, test sessions, test series, explanations, saved questions, revision tools, progress tracking, and future content updates for that group.
One exam group subscription includes: PYQs, Model questions, Test sessions, Test series, Explanations, Saved questions, Revision tools, Progress tracking, Future content updates for that group.
Access is group-specific. Buying UPSC group gives access to UPSC-related content only. Buying SSC group gives access to SSC-related content only. Buying State PCS group gives access to State PCS-related content only. Banking & Insurance and Other Exams are coming soon and are not available for purchase until content is live. Other available exam groups require separate subscription unless bundle is introduced later.
The purchase screen shows pricing, duration, included exam group access, payment gateway details, cancellation terms, refund terms, and support contact before payment.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unlawful activity, IP infringement, security risk, non-payment for paid services, or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will handle disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights.
