Current Payment Status
MCQGrid processes annual digital-access payments through Razorpay at ₹600/year per exam group. The checkout screen shows the selected exam group, final price, duration, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation terms, refund terms, and support contact before payment.
Includes everything for that group: PYQs, model questions, test sessions, test series, explanations, saved questions, revision tools, progress tracking, and future content updates for that group.

Buying UPSC group gives access to UPSC-related content only. Buying SSC group gives access to SSC-related content only. Buying State PCS group gives access to State PCS-related content only. Banking & Insurance and Other Exams are coming soon and are not available for purchase until content is live. Other available exam groups require separate subscription unless bundle is introduced later.
Paid Digital Products
- One exam group subscription is ₹600/year per exam group.

- Refund review is available for verified duplicate payments, successful payments where access was not delivered, incorrect charges, payment gateway errors, or refunds required by applicable consumer law.
- Annual digital access is normally non-refundable after access is delivered and used, except for verified payment/access errors or mandatory legal rights.
- No hidden charges should be added after a user confirms payment. Taxes, platform fees, and total payable amount must be visible before checkout.
- If a payment succeeds but access is not delivered, users should contact support with transaction details for resolution or refund review.
- Duplicate payments, failed access after successful payment, or incorrect charges should be reviewed and reversed where verified.
Cancellation
- Free accounts may be discontinued by the user by requesting account deletion.
- Annual exam-group access is a fixed-duration digital plan and does not renew automatically unless a paid plan expressly states otherwise before purchase.
- Separate exam groups require separate subscriptions unless a bundle is introduced later.
- Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically erase study data; users may separately request data deletion.
Refund Request Process
- Email support@adhyaapakmcq.com with registered email, order ID, payment gateway reference, product name, purchase date, and reason for refund.
- Refund requests are acknowledged within 7 working days.
- Eligible refund cases are resolved within 30 days after payment-gateway verification and account-access review.
- Approved refunds should be returned to the original payment method within 5-7 bank working days, subject to bank and Razorpay timelines.
