Current Payment Status
MCQGrid processes annual digital-access payments through Razorpay at INR 600/year per exam group. The checkout screen shows the selected exam group, final price, duration, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation terms, no-refund terms, and support contact before payment.
Includes everything for that group: PYQs, model questions, test sessions, test series, explanations, saved questions, revision tools, progress tracking, and future content updates for that group.

Buying UPSC group gives access to UPSC-related content only. Buying SSC group gives access to SSC-related content only. Buying a State PCS state group gives access to exams under that state only. Banking & Insurance and Other Exams are coming soon and are not available for purchase until content is live. Other available exam groups require separate subscription unless bundle is introduced later.
No Refund After Annual Membership Payment
- One exam group subscription is INR 600/year per exam group.
- One exam group subscription includes: PYQs, Model questions, Test sessions, Test series, Explanations, Saved questions, Revision tools, Progress tracking, Future content updates for that group.
- All annual membership payments are final and non-refundable once the payment is completed and digital access is delivered.
- No refund is provided for change of mind, non-usage, partial usage, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction after access is delivered, or choosing not to continue using the service.
- No partial refund is provided for unused days or remaining membership period.
- No hidden charges should be added after a user confirms payment. Taxes, platform fees, and total payable amount must be visible before checkout.
- Verified duplicate payments, incorrect charges, payment gateway errors, or cases where payment succeeds but access is not delivered will be checked and corrected. Any refund or reversal in such cases is limited to verified payment/access errors or mandatory legal requirements.
Cancellation
- Free accounts may be discontinued by the user by requesting account deletion.
- Annual exam-group access is a fixed-duration digital plan and does not renew automatically unless a paid plan expressly states otherwise before purchase.
- Separate exam groups require separate subscriptions unless a bundle is introduced later.
- Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically erase study data; users may separately request data deletion.
Payment Error Support Process
- Email support@mcqgrid.com with registered email, order ID, payment gateway reference, product name, purchase date, and the payment/access issue.
- Payment error reports are acknowledged within 7 working days.
- Verified duplicate-payment, incorrect-charge, gateway-error, or access-not-delivered cases are resolved within 30 days after payment-gateway verification and account-access review.
- Where a refund or reversal is legally required or approved for a verified payment/access error, it should be returned to the original payment method within 5-7 bank working days, subject to bank and Razorpay timelines.
