What You Can Request
You can request deletion of your MCQGrid account, profile details, Google sign-in identifier stored by us, saved questions, notes, practice progress, test history, reminders, and related learning records.
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, dispute handling, tax records for future paid services, or lawful requests.
How to Request Deletion
- Email support@adhyaapakmcq.com from your registered email address.
- Use the subject line: Account and Data Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email, full name, sign-in method if known, and whether you want account deletion, practice-data deletion, or both.
Expected Timeline
We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 working days.
Eligible deletion requests are completed within 30 days after verification, unless retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, payment-record, or backup-integrity reasons.
Google Sign-In Users
If you used Google sign-in, deleting your MCQGrid account removes the account data stored by MCQGrid. You can also review connected apps in your Google Account settings.
