MCQ, PYQ, MQ and subject counts come from visible, valid, non-review question records used by the practice app. Hidden, invalid, manual-review, and test-series source rows are excluded from normal practice counts.
Test series counts come from the configured in-app test-series catalog. Test sessions are generated on demand from the available MCQ bank for that exam group.
Questions are checked for readable wording, valid options, answer-key match, topic tags, exam labels, and mobile rendering before they are treated as usable practice content.
Explanations are kept concise for revision and are expected to identify why the correct answer fits and why common distractors do not.
Previous-year questions are marked as PYQ where source metadata is available. Model questions are marked as MQ so users can separate real papers from practice questions.
Every practice question has a report option for wrong answers, weak explanations, spelling issues, outdated facts, duplicate questions, wrong topic tags, or wrong exam-group tags.
Question-bank corrections and new content are reviewed regularly, with visible coverage timestamps updated when content batches are added or corrected.
